“Please Pray So I Can Work!”
The problem of those who follow Calvin is that they believe God is sovereign because God is Almighty.
This clearly is right. God is Alpha and Omega.
God has created all things; God runs the universe, and God judges.
Therefore God is sovereign.
Followers of Calvin miss one important thing.
It is the way how God works.
Although God is Almighty, He doesn’t please working all by Himself.
God has given free will to human beings who have been created as God’s Image, and God pleases working together with human beings through their free will.
What can men do, if God does all?
God respects personality (free will) of men because they not only have been created as the Image of God but also will live in Heaven as His children.
God, therefore, pleases working through the prayers of men in achieving His plan.
God never precede His work without our prayers.
Jesus even has shown a role model of such prayer life, when He was in His flesh.
God also doesn’t want to lead our prayers.
When we pray, God hears and upholding our faith.
Remember!
God never works all by Himself.
It is important to remember that God works through our prayers!
Understand that the one, who prays more, can do God’s work the more.
Work of the Lord cannot be done by studying much, but by praying much.
Salvation of souls cannot be achieved without prayers.
The Lord, thus, is searching those who pray even now.
This is the reason why the Lord is commanding Churches to pray.
When we pray, God works, and He sends angels to us.
When Jesus was in His flesh on earth, He prayed as a weak man, although He could command more than twelve legions of angels to destroy all of rebellious Jews.
We also should pray to overcome persecutions and difficulties, and the Lord pleases when we pray through such way.
Do you know why? Whenever we hold onto Jesus and pray through to overcome persecutions and difficulties, authorities and powers of the devil will be destroyed.
Once you realize these spiritual secrets, how could you stop praying?
Our Lord still bids His children, even now!

내가 일할 수 있게 기도 좀 해 다오!
칼빈주의자들의 문제는 하나님은 전능하시는 분이시기에 모든 주권이 '하나님'께 있다고 믿는 것이다.
이것은 분명 맞는 말이다. 하나님은 알파와 오메가가 되신다.
하나님에 의해서 천지가 창조되고, 하나님의 능력에 의해서 이 우주가 움직이고, 하나님에 의해서 심판이 이루어진다.
그러니 모든 주권이 하나님께 있다.
그러나 칼빈주의자들은 중요한 한 가지를 놓치고 있다.
하나님이 일하시는 방법이다.
하나님은 전능하시지만, 그러나 하나님 독단적으로 일하는 것을 기뻐하지 않는다.
하나님의 형상대로 지음받은 인간들에게 자유의지를 주시고선, 그 의지를 통해 함께 일하시기를 기뻐하시는 분이시다.
하나님이 다 해 버리면, 인간은 무엇인가?
하나님의 형상대로 지음받은 인간이고, 천국에서 하나님의 자녀로 살아갈 자들이기에 인간의 인격을 존중하신다.
그래서 하나님의 계획을 이루어 나가실 때, 인간의 기도를 통해 역사해 나가는 것을 기뻐하신다.
우리의 기도 없이는 하나님이 일을 진행시켜 나가지 않으신다.
그래서 예수님도 이 땅에 오셔서 그렇게 기도하면서 본을 보여 주신 것이다.
우리의 믿음 또한 하나님이 일방적으로 붙잡아 주시는 것을 하나님은 원치 않는다.
우리가 기도할 때, 하나님이 그 기도를 들으시고 믿음을 붙잡아 주시는 것이다.
기억하라!
하나님은 일방적으로 일하시는 분이 아니시다.
우리의 기도를 통해 일하시는 하나님인 것을 분명히 기억하라!
기도 많이 하는 자가 주님의 일을 크게 하는 것임을 깨달아야 할 것이다.
주의 일은 공부 많이 한다고 될 문제가 아니라, 기도 많이 해야 역사를 이루어 나갈 수 있다.
영혼 구원도 우리의 기도 없이는 이루어지지 않는다.
그래서 주님은 지금도 기도하는 자를 찾으신다.
교회들을 향해 기도하라고 하시는 이유가 그것이다.
기도해야 하나님이 일하시고, 천사를 보낼 수 있기 때문이다.
예수님이 이 땅에 인간의 모습으로 오셔서, 열 두 영 더 되는 천사들을 통해 유대인들을 다 죽일 수도 있었지만 주님은 연약한 모습으로 기도하신 것이다.
우리 또한 그렇게 핍박받아 가면서도 기도하고, 어려움을 통과해 나가는 것을 주님은 그렇게 기뻐하시는 것이다.
왜냐하면 그렇게 핍박받고, 어려움을 당하면서도 좌절하지 않고 예수님을 붙잡고 나갈 때, 마귀의 권세가 땅에 떨어지기 때문이다.
이런 영적 비밀을 깨닫게 되면, 어찌 기도하지 않을 수 있겠는가?
지금도 주님께서 그의 자녀들에게 부탁하신다!
“내가 일할 수 있게 기도 좀 해 다오!”
